If the ‘Invalid email or password’ message is shown when trying to login

When trying to log in, please check that you have typed your Email and Password correctly.

You may need to copy and paste the password to ensure it is correct. Select the password sent to you in your Login details email, press CTRL+C to copy it, and then click into the Password box on the Login screen and press CTRL+V to paste the password.

Once you are logged into the learning, you can change your password to something easier to remember. Just go to your Profile info to make the change.

If you’ve just purchased a course and your login details haven’t arrived

Unfortunately, your email with your login details can go astray. If this has happened, try one of the following:

Option #1

Please check your Junk email folder, along with the Other or Clutter folders. Your login details email is auto-generated, which means your email system can pick up on this and move the email into one of these folders.

Option #2

1. Go to our Login page https://excel-at-work.mykajabi.com/login to log in.

2. Enter the email address you used when you purchased your course. This is your login email address.

3. Enter your password. If you don’t have your password, please follow the steps above for ‘If You Need To Reset Your Password’.

4. Click the Sign in button.

Option #3

If Option 1 or 2 don’t work, please contact me and my team at [email protected]

If your email address isn’t being accepted when trying to login

If your email address isn’t accepted, it could be that it was entered incorrectly when you purchased your course. Please contact me and my team at [email protected], and we will look into this for you.

If you have completed lessons but they aren’t showing as ‘Complete’

Please check the following:

  • Ensure you watch each video right to the end, and Kajabi will automatically mark the lesson as ‘Complete’.
  • Double-check before moving to the next lesson. If the lesson isn’t marked as ‘Complete’, click the ‘Mark as Complete’ button.
  • Many computers have security software installed. This type of software can inhibit aspects of Javascript from running properly, which could negatively impact your progress being recorded. Try accessing your learning from a different computer.

If you have completed an online Assessment (Quiz) and not received your pass score

  • You may not have submitted your assessment. Click the small Next button at the bottom right of the quiz question to submit your answer. Do this for every question.
  • Be sure to click the Next button that is on the quiz question, not the ‘Next’ button below this, which will move you to the next Lesson without completing your quiz.

If your screen isn’t responding as you would expect it to

If you are still having issues with your screen not responding as you would expect it to, you might like to try using a different browser. Google Chrome and the latest version of Microsoft Edge give the best experience.
