This course is offered as a 2-hour online course focusing on the features in Microsoft Teams that enable you to engage virtually with your clients.
Learn step-by-step how to connect with people external to your organisation, along with top tips on how to schedule and run engaging online meetings as an alternative to meeting face-to-face.

Learning outcomes
This hands-on course guides you through the core features in Teams that allow for meeting external clients, such as scheduling meetings, chat, best practice for running meetings and sharing information with people outside your organisation. The course is complemented with a Quick Reference Cheat Sheet.
Course pre-requisites
An understanding of Microsoft® Office 365 would be beneficial but not essential. Learners will require a PC with access to Teams via their Microsoft 365 Premium (or equivalent) subscription with the desktop software installed.

There are several types of Teams Meetings. In this module you will learn when to use each type and the various methods to schedule each.

Online sessions
We use Microsoft Teams to deliver this live online session. If you would like to follow along with your trainer please ensure you have logged in to your Microsoft Teams available.
Having a webcam and headphones ensures you can enjoy interacting with your trainer and fellow participants.
