Module 1: Understand O365’s Evolving Apps

Part of working with Office 365 is understanding that the applications are forever evolving. Learn how to keep up to date with new apps and tools and manage change.


Module 2: Take notes using OneNote

Say good-bye to quickly scribbled notes and random pieces of paper. Start taking control of your personal and business notes using OneNote, on your PC and mobile devices. Share your notes. Manage meeting agendas and minutes. Keep a history of notes and learn how the powerful Search capability will help you locate a note in an instant.


Module 3: Store your files on OneDrive

What does OneDrive storage offer you personally? Learn how you can easily share your documents with others. Avoid the "gotcha" somewhat scary things that can happen if you aren't fully aware of best practice file management. Learn how to secure your files to ensure they are private.


Module 4: Collaborate in SharePoint

Q: What is the duration of the short course?

A: 2 hours

Q: Is this training suitable for the Mac version of Office 365

No, sorry. Even though you would most likely learn a lot that would be applicable to the Mac version, the training has been created for the Windows version for PC only.

Q: Is this suitable for an absolute beginner?

A: this workshop is suitable for an absolute beginner. However we do recommend you attend our 'O365 Getting Started - Stage 1' workshop to gain a really good foundation understanding before you attend this workshop.

Q: What do I need to know before I attend?

As this is a beginner level course the only prerequisite is that you are proficient in using the Microsoft® Windows environment, a mouse and keyboard.

Q: Can you come onsite to deliver the training?

Absolutely! We can bring the training to you. That’s right! We come onsite to your place of work on a day and time that works for you. Avoid traffic and parking hassles and learn at work. And if you don’t have training laptops, we can lend you some. We have 6 to share.

Q: Can you supply training laptops for us to use?​​​​

Yes! We have 6 to share. All have Microsoft Office 365 licenses.

Q: Do you have a limit to the number of attendees?

Yes. We have a minimum of 4, maximum of 8 (please see minimum booking requirements below).

Q: Do you offer 1-on-1 sessions?

Q: What age is this appropriate for?

The training is aimed at adults so the minimum age we recommend is 18 years old. We look forward to hearing from you again when you are over 18.
