Outlook – Open a window for your Calendar

Posted: March 26, 2014

PROBLEM: wasting time flicking between your Mail and Calendar screens?

SOLUTION: place your Mail and Calendar screens into different windows.  You can then resize and place them on your screen or on separate screens so that both can be seen at the same time.

Outlook 2010, 2013  2016 – Viewing your mail and calendar in separate windows

Would you like to be able to have your mail and calendar in separate windows?

You can easily do this by right clicking the Calendar button at the bottom left of the screen and then selecting Open in New Window.

Note: When you exit Outlook the Calendar window will also close.  When you open Outlook again the Calendar window will open as well.
